Amber checks her meter and groans.
"Guys, I have like, an hour left tops."
There's silence, and Krystal looks at her meter too.
"Huh, well I have like twenty minutes."
Victoria's mouth is set in a straight line, and she looks like she's trying really hard not to put her head to her desk.
"Um," she tries articulately, and Sulli snickers. "Um, you guys were recharged like, YESTERDAY, why do you need to be charged again today?"
Amber puts her head to her side.
"I think you've been abusing me, unni."
"I've been exercising. Rigorously," Krystal says with an innocent smile, and Sulli puts an arm around her.
"With me."
Luna groans from her corner, taking out her keycard.
"I can't sneak you guys back into the Institution, okay? That power was meant to last a /week./ I don't even want to know what you've been doing to get to this stage."
Sulli bats her eyelashes and Victoria swats at her.
"If only you were human, life would be so much easier."
Amber takes the cue to throw a pillow at her, and Krystal frowns.
"Hey, hey, no fighting," Victoria tries, and gets smothered in a blanket.
"You're so mean, you know we want to be." Krystal frowns at Sulli and Victoria gently lies her head on the desk.
"I give up," she wails. "I give up at this life I will become a hermit and run away from society and read ancient Chinese scrolls and you can come to me to have your fortunes told but I will not, and I repeat I will not be responsible for your welfare. Or your electricity powers."
Sulli hums quietly.
"You wish you were human like me~"
Amber and Krystal trade glances before they simultaneously leap and corner Sulli.
"Did you say something?" Amber asks with a false smile, and Luna jumps up.
"Guys, please don't fight."
Her height is working against her. Krystal pushes her aside.
"Sulli, apologise," Luna says, and Sulli smiles.
"No, because I'm right."
"You motherfucking bitch," Krystal says, right hand curled into a fist, and Victoria shifts.
"If you guys are going to try fight her, then we are so not going to get you charged again." Amber glances at Victoria before raising her own fist, even as Sulli widens her eyes a bit and smiles.
"I mean it."
Amber scowls and drops her fist, and Krystal steps away, kicking Sulli's ankle.
"Okay!" Luna says brightly. "Let's go!"
Victoria sighs and sits up, Amber and Krystal link hands as they exit, and Sulli takes a moment to take a breath.
"Don't do that again," Victoria whispers to her softly, and Sulli freezes.
"Right, I'm sorry unni."
Victoria brushes the hair from Sulli's shoulder, smiling sweetly.
"Don't tell it to me, tell it to them."
