As you know, I'm a little ambivalent on Karl's accent - love him deeply and sincerely though I do :D I wish they'd just let him use his NZ accent tbh. Unless he's doing his De Kelley impression at Bones, I just don't find his US accent plausible, and he seems to do that weird, deep growly-voice thing when he's being American. I don't think being him being an NZ future-cop would be any less believable, and it would make a nice change - but of course any accent shenanigans aren't going to diminish my enjoyment of this awesomeness!

I know what you mean about the accent but even if his accent was perfect, I'd prefer him Kiwi. His real voice is just so lovely and rich. Oh well. Like you, it won't diminish my enjoyment either!
