People to People.....to the poor, like me......

Hey, has anyone ever heard of a program called People to People??? ...Cause they sent me a letter today, inviting me to be a student ambassador in Spain, France, and Italy. That's, like, freaking awesome. I'm sure I won't get to go, though. I was invited to go tour Europe this last year and be a member of this international band/chorus thing, but I didn't have the money. Besides, I'm going to China with the chorus next summer and probably the Rose Bowl with the band my junior year....man, I'm way too poor for this awesome shit. Lol. ...But I got paid $45 today....which helps a little, I guess.....lol. Omg, this is messed up, now I'm in a really, really good mood. I should be extremely exhausted after this week, but for some reason, I'm not. I'm doing great in school right now.....got 100's in most of my classes (including AP Euro)...then, like a 94-ish in science and a low-to-mid 90's in math. Which is good, I guess. Yay!!! I get to go to the movies with Alex in a couple hours! I can NOT wait! We're gonna go see RED EYE, then eat at Tropical Smoothie (he's never eaten there! he's soooo deprived!)....then to my favourite place ever- heck yes. Books-a-million. I could so live there. I love books so much I'm not even kidding. It's great. But, yeah, I've never really gotten to hang out with Alex alone....I see him at school for a few minutes at a time, I've talked to him on the phone for a little bit, and I've gone bowling a couple times with him.....and a ton of other people. So now, we're gonna actually get some one-on-one time to talk and hang out. This freaking rox my sox!!! So, yeah, anyway, I have to go and practice for a bit before I go to the Commons, so I'll catch all of you later.
