Ick, it's been a while. Sorry for not posting sooner but I've had so much going on lately: A death in the family, getting fired from my first job because my boss was a heartless bastard and wanted me to work during the funeral, meeting a guy, dumping said guy, finding out said guy got into a nasty wreck, plus classes. So yeah...September was a stressful month.
It's going to be short, maybe a bit rough around the edges as well. It's been a while since I've posted so I need to get back into the groove of things. :)
Br'ezin smiles at Beerah, such a thoughtful one he was, she mused as S'qorn rested his head on her shoulder. It wasn't long before the young noble had drifted off again. She knew he must be exahusted after such a trying week on this planet. Soon they would all be on their way to the downed transport and meet up with the two remaining Wraith.
That brief thought suddenly jarred Br'ezin's memory, the two males waiting for her and Beerah to return with S'qorn'Shellious and the humans. Biting her lower lip, she nudges S'qorn lightly, "'Nadi, 'Nadi," she hisses softly.
Blurred eyes meet hers, unfocused and going cross for a second as he adjusts to the sudden awakening. "Yes?" he grumbles, rubbing his eyes.
"We need to get moving soon and get back to our ship."
S'qorn nods, picking up on Br'ezin's thought pattern. "Well," he says with a great yawn, "I guess we can head out after being patched up...with or without the humans and Omega." The last bit of the sentence Br'ezin wasn't so sure of his confidence. She knew the the petite Wraith wouldn't leave Sheppard for long.
"Here you go" a cheerful voice chimes in, interrupting their partially telepathic conversation.
S'qorn looks up just in time to see a wad of cloth tossed over and ducks to miss it. Br'ezin tries to grab the underwear, misses and looks down to see it caught in S'qorn's humidity frizzed hair. Snorting with laughter, she picks it out and unhooks her belt. "Sorry, "Nadi," she giggles as she removes her leg plates and boots. Sliding on the thick undergarment she wipes what blood had run down her legs and carefully fixes her armor back in place. "Oh, and thank you..." she tries to place the Weever's name. She had been told it earlier, but her memory wasn't what it should be. "Selene." She finishes, finally remembering the name.
Must be uncomfortable, that metal and chitin; S'qorn thought to himself when Br'ezin stood to stretch her stiff muscles. "You think he will forgive me?"
"What?" Br'ezin asks, confusion sweeping over her strong features. Her mind had drawn a blank.
"Sheppard. Do you think he will forgive me?"
With a heaving sigh, Br'ezin squeezes S'qorn's narrow shoulder. "He will 'Nadi. I've told you many times before. Humans have such a short memory, he will forget the incident soon enough and want you back in his bed."
That calmed S'qorn's nerves somewhat and he smiles up at the imposing female.
