So the hell week that is PMS is over (this week is so much worse for  my lack of self control than the half week of my actual period). I'm not feeling that bad about anything, I know I ate like shit this past week. Also drank a ton of water and tea, so probably saved myself a little bit there. Had a big salad for lunch and some iced tea.

Just want to lose 10 pounds. Hoovering somewhere in the 130's like always. Ugh.
