The beach wasn't that bad (well not in respect to me feeling like shit in a bikini anyway). Wanted to weigh in this morning, but didn't. Just as well, the past two days (when we got home Sat night and last night) weren't great.

Planning on my coffee, a small salad, and then dinner tonight. Hoping to continue with 300-400 calories burned off from being at work. That'll at least break even with the coffee and salad. I just wish I could not eat for two days and suddenly be five pounds lighter, like I used to be able to. Now that it's cooling off here, I plan on walking to work on the days I open. That should help a lil bit.
