SORE as hell.

I just wish I was immune to the pain or something. Because some days it hurts like hell.

So here are some things people scream to me to try to make me go faster:
"KICK! RIGHT NOW! SPRINT!"
"Don't be satisfied with the pack, Anna."
"Who's it gonna be, Anna? You or her? Someones gotta make the move. GO!"
"Leave it all on the track!"
"Come on, Anna. I know you can do better. Pull ahead!"
"If it's not hurting, you not going fast enough!"
"You've gotta make your move, Anna. Right now."

Now substitute your name for mine in all those fun little quotes. And take a moment to imagine running as fast as you can trying to get ahead of this one person, but they keep speeding up as you try to pass. Feel the heaviness of your legs, the beating of your heart, and the shortness of your breathing as you strain to get a clear breath of air. Imagine now around 10 people yelling all those things to you at the same time. It's all you can hear. but you can't meet their demands.

FUN, huh?

Sometimes when we're doing the warm-up where we run to the YMCA and back I'll see this random creepy old man walking down the side of the road. So I'll close my eyes really tightly and pray as hard as I can that the creepy old man will pull a gun out of his pocket and shoot me in the leg so I won't have to run anymore. However, this never accomplishes anything except for sometimes I accidently run into a tree because of my impaired vision (closed eyes, yeah, kind of a problem, surprisingly).
AAAAAAAaaahahahahahahahaha this kills.

I love you guys.
