So I, Caitlin, who have never stepped out of line legaly for hte most part, was pulled over tonight on my way home from seeing pirates OF THE CARIBEAN at worlds end, because my lisence plate was expired.
grumble.
I mean, I explained to the officer that I don't handle any of that stuff because the car is under my parents name and I told him I was very sorry, and he was real nice about it, told me to set a court date, get eveything taken care of before then and in court it would all go away. I kinda really don't want to have to go to court before a judge and all, that is gonna suck. I called my dad while he was at his friends house to tell him, and he told me very snottfully "don't be pissed at ME". At least my mom was really apologetic, she called me like a million times asking me if i was home yet and telling me she missed me (she's in florida) and she would get it all straightened out the minute she got home. Yeah, just for that comment, I'm pissed at my dad.
Pirates of the Carribean was ok, I missed the golden compass trailer getting popcorn, damn it, but i saw that transformers one, and I was the only person who went "woo!", working at a comic book store has turned me into a nerd. But meg took my picture with the harry potter poster so I feel better.
