It was a dark and stormy night
The following conversation was inspired by the current thunderstorm outside. Times like these are why I love Tyler Nall.
Almst Pretty: So I mentioned to Maddie how I feared getting struck by lightning
Goten5814: mmkay
Almst Pretty: and she said "well that won't happen unless there is a freak accident involving all 4 of your tires falling off"
Almst Pretty: and I said "That's not funny becaue that actually happened to me one time"
Almst Pretty: The story goes like this:
Almst Pretty: I was driving down the road on my way to church(like the good christian I am). It was dark and stormy and lightning was abundant in the air.
Almst Pretty: Then all of the sudden without warning ALL 4 OF MY TIRES FELL OFF
Goten5814: hahah
Almst Pretty: and to make matter worse the roof flew off of my car
Goten5814: i hate that
Almst Pretty: I know!
Almst Pretty: so i was pretty bummed because to add to everything my cat had gotten ran over by one of the tires that fell off my car
Almst Pretty: and to top it all off....i got struck by lightning and didn't make it to church
Almst Pretty: which i took as a sign from God that I shouldn't go to church
Almst Pretty: and that's why I don't go to church anymore
