On legibility

So I' cleaning up my desk (once again), and looking back in a kind of disturbed awe at some of the weird Doctor Who skits/scenarios scattered about the place (attempting to organise them into any order is a daunting task).
Most of the notes are scrawled across pages that once belonged to something else, but have since been taken over by tiny little blocks of crazy crack!writing. My handwriting is not good at the best of times, but as it shrinks, as I attempt to write around corners and other blocks of text, it becomes almost impossible for me to decipher my own writing.
I was looking at one page one which some of my SuperkSekret comic scripts are written and stopped, very confused, reading over a note I'd left myself about Handy. And sadly, it's a rather large chunk of writing in a large, blank area, so none of the above excuses for poor writing really stand.
You know you're handwriting is bad when you have stop and go... "wait, that doesn't make sense, even to me"
Because sure enough, there, scrawled across the page, was the note:

Handy becomes a feather

Wait? A what now?
I looked at this for about 30 seconds, trying to figure out what the hell I'd been thinking when I'd scribbled that note originally. Then I realised, "oh hey, that’s not an 'f', that more of a bent 't'" and then my handwriting (and the idea, because, seriously, feather?) started to make a little more sense. Because the word 'teacher' makes a lot more sense in context. And I know that it was supposed to say 'teacher' because I thought I'd come up with a unique and brilliant alternative to Torchwood for his career, at least until I read the 300 other fics in which he takes up teaching.
At least, that's what I choose to believe the word was originally meant to say. Because I have no freaking idea why DuplicateDoctor would become a feather, or why I would even consider such a possibility.
Although... now that I've opened my mind to the possibility, the ingenious ability to turn into a feather is just... mind blowing.

And that’s me out for the night. 5am does strange things to my mind.

Oh my god. When did it become 5am? *scampers off*

my handwriting sucks, disturbing imagery, weird, doctor who, humor
