Let me tell you a little something,
The waiver: The waiver is issued through your driver's ed class. In order for someone to recieve one, they have to have a "B" or higher in the class and in the lab portion. What makes this so great is if you receive one, you DO NOT have to take the drivers test at the DMV. You just go there, fill out all the info, get your picture taken, and receive your license. BUT, there is a 1 in 10 chance that you will be "spot checked"...which means you will have to take it, if and only if your birthday falls on the random date that they choose.
Lucky me, I got spot checked!!! (of course) I worked soooo hard for that stupid waiver and look what happens! >:(
I wasn't nervous or anything, just annoyed.
Everything went downhill from there:
*First, my mom brought the wrong insurance card with her.
*Then, my mom found her regular insurance card, but it was expired!
*Then, it took us about another 30 min to get a hold of her insurance company so they could fax over her recent one.
* Now came the driving *
The instructor I had was a jerk! I knew they weren't going to be all "buddy-buddy" with me, but still, he could of alteast said hi or something. When he first got in the car, he noticed my mom left her coffee in the cup holder, he was like, "I HOPE THERE IS NOTHING IN THAT!!!" Then , he went to fix the visor and it hit him on the head! He kinda yelled saying that I needed to warn him about things like that.
That wasn't the worst part! The worst part was me LAUGHING when he got hit in the head!!! I couldn't help it though, it was funny!
In the end everthing was fine, I got my license.
But seriously, what are the odds? (this would only happen to me) =P
