Probably mixed up Sasuke and Itachi, and then Itachi and Orochimaru? XD
Hey, it could happen. Sasu-kun and Ita-chan do look similar, and Orochimaru and Itachi both suck are both evil.

I have another theory, I haven't seen them in the manga yet :P So I mistook the Orochimura pic for Itachi for some reason (don't ask me why >_<) so yeah, mistaken identity of a character I shouldn't even know about :P
