A quick update before the Drag Queen party
I haven't updated anything in a while. Don't worry, you haven't missed out on much.
What I've been up to:
- Scribble3 is online and almost fixed up the way I like 'em. It's a work in progress.
- I had an incredible addiction to Battlestar Galactica, since it's awesome and mindblowing.
- Bowie got spayed, and is pretty much healed up now. Though her adventures with the e-collar were hilarious.
- I've become quite the heavy smoker. Not bragging, just acknowledging.
- Steph turned 21 on the 27th, and Krystal turned 21 on the 4th. To celebrate, I'm throwing them a house party later tonight.
Which pretty much brings us up to date. Today and yesterday were my days off, so I've been cleaning and scrubbing, since the house has been pretty much a disaster for a while now. Well, mostly because we don't dust with any regularity, and there are still boxes everywhere since Elliot and Kristine haven't found a home for everything yet... Not that I minded before, but if I'm going to be having drunk people stumbling all over the place I don't want the main floor to be an obsticle course.
So, I work in about an hour; 7-3 shift. Since I've been up all night working away on the house, I'll be coming straight home from work and crashing until people start to show up. Then I'll hop into a costume (which I still haven't picked out yet... I have a vague idea, but we'll just have to wait and see what I have that's gaudy enough to be considered "drag") and party it up.
