Note to self--eat more before gym to avoid dizzy

45 minutes on the elliptical got me somewhere around 4 miles, used the "cross country" program which kept the resistance at about an average of 6 or so. 3 sets of 30 crunches on the ball, 3 sets of side bends, 15 reps each side, 20 lb weight. It'll do. Happy doctor tomorrow.

Am somewhat annoyed with universe, am pretending otherwise.
