Just got back from the reception part of the wedding of a friend of mine. Some of you would have met him in real life: Peter Lee. He married a nice woman by the name of Carol Zhang.

Over all, it was good. Nice ceremony in the Edmonds Factory Garden, followed by a reception with nice food, at the Addington Events Centre. I ate too much of course, and had a little bit of alcohol. There was a bar with non-alcoholic beveredges provided free, but booze mostly had to be paid for. Peter did provide a bottle of wine per table and a dozen bottles of Guinness for the drunkards boozers alcoholics few drinkers like myself there. I scored the last two bottles of Guinness to take home.

I am tempted to find out which catering company they used and suggest it to the management at The Slave Pits of Hell GPC Electronics for the last work day this year, as the company they used last year and the year before were not very good.
