this is why people are fat in the midsection: Ab burn. It's not too bad adjusting to do glutes quads, pecs, upper back, and even my weak triceps but omfg my rectus abdominis hates me!
whoof, time for work. I think I've had my fill of this job. The repetition is mind numbing. But the worse part since I can live with the first part is, I need assisatance boosting efficiency at work to minimize pet parent bitching and no one applies for the GSA position so I'm working wayyy to hard for $7/hr. After Eugene I think I'll scope out the want ads.
