I've decided to take advantage of my gym at our clubhouse. As well as my borrowed dumbells. I'm trying to get my sexy arms back and then some ha.

Ok my true objective is to build core strength and flexablity as part of my personal goal towards not only a healthy body but mind which exercise can play a role in. I had some guidance. A modivator. I was once fairly fit. At least in comparison to how I was 2 years ago. Work took that from me and now I'm learning how to intergrate it into my schedule, rather than use work as an excuse.

My objective is to be a healer/helper of mankind and ot myself. How can I do that when I'm so f'n tired and weak? Exactly. So here goes...let's see how long my will power can help it. Will I be back to regular routine pre work time? I'll keep you posted ^_^
