Depressing set of lectures today:
-Canadian History: treatment of the Metis
-European History: Thirty Years War and Louis XIV's wars
-US History: Civil War
-Contemporary Moral Issues: Bioethical Rights
-PoliSci (audited it today): How we can help out in Darfur
-Holocaust: roots of Jewhating and antisemitism.
BUT as I was leaving my Holocaust class (seven hours of classes with one hour long break today, by the way) I slid down an icy ramp about 10 feet and landed in a pile of snow. Everyone around me gasped, but I couldn't stop laughing.
I made Amanda and Rachel watch scenes of me in Aida and they didn't believe it.
I may be giving up theater next year for religious reasons, but then again, maybe I won't.
Still. Oddly depressing 24 hours, also for reasons I won't put in here.
