KT Tunstall pics!
So, basically, KT was fucking brilliant. :D
We had to wait about 3 hours for her to come on, the support acts were actually pretty good. Especially KT's friend. (I forget her name...Rosie, Caz? Do either of you remember?)
Anywho, so I got to London far too early, so I watched Brokeback Mountain and was very geeky and wandered around The Science Musuem. I was going to be all Seth Cohen and watch an IMAX movie in there, but the £9 put me off.
Got to the venue in Camden Town at about 6ish and waited for Rosie, Helen and Caz to arrive. Decided to get into the queue so that we would be near the front and we ended up like one row from the front which was fablass :D
While we were in the queue we saw Luke the drummer dude and then I saw KT and I thought Rosie had seen her too but she hadn't and I was like, "umm, you do know KT is like 5 metres in from of us, don't you?" Hee!
We tried to get an autograph and/or pic but she wanted to go get dinner. How rude! Celebrities these days :p Kidding :p
Things she talked about inbetween songs:
1) Noel Gallagher dissing her at the Q awards and then how he apologised on Scottish radio and KT was like "the presenter of the show was all "so ya think KT Tunstall is shit do ya?" LOL
2) She recorded an acoustic album full of new songs last week on the Isle of Skye of all places and it's being released in March :D She also did the album artwork herself "i still have prit stick on my hands!" Hee!
3) She played 2 new songs, Dirty Water and Ashes (I think it was called Ashes, but actually i'm not too sure now...infact I don't think it was called that :\) Anywho, they sounded really good :D
4) Her Brit nominations. She was all "we got the triple" and the audience all cheered and wooped. Hee!
5) She's filming a new video with said friend tomorrow (well today now)
I can't think of anything else atm. I'm far too tired. I had to stay in Birmingham International Airport from 2am-9am and there was a bomb scare/fire or something so we had to evacuate the terminal at 4am. Fun...except not so much.
