*claps hands gleefully*

I love how John makes Rodney blush. :D Can't wait for the rest!

Thanks! I know it's cliche, but I love writing people blushing. It makes up for all the times I *don't* write them crying, right?

CRYING? :(

(Like I should talk - my fic that isn't crack or shameless porn is undoubtedly a total angst-fest. IF ONLY I COULD MAKE THEM BLUSH. D:)

Adorable!! Great way to use the fish/veggie thing. And John being very forthright and telling everyone how the met. Still very sweet story. Great that you continued with it.

John seems like the kind of guy who would enjoy surprising everyone at the table like that. Thanks for commenting!

*sighs happily*

That was fun! This was my favourite bit:

John speared a bite of salmon on his fork and grinned. "I picked him up at the supermarket," he said. Rodney's ears reached record high temperatures as the diners sent him shocked and admiring and, in Miko's case, vaguely worshipful looks. He smiled back smugly and ate his asparagus.

They are just so damn cute!

*hugs* Thank you! I think they're pretty damned cute myself, but I'm biased.

Yay! This is so much fun.

Now we know why John thought fish was appropriate for vegitarians. It's a good thing Katie isn't a vegan, they don't even eat cheese. :)

Wouldn't it have been funny if they had come out with the sandwich, all proud of themselves, and Katie had looked at it and said, "Um, actually ... I'm a vegan. Is that soy cheese, by any chance?"

Thanks for your comment!

They need to have a dinner party for us. It would be cheap, too, because all the guests would be too busy staring to actually eat. :o)
