my last two weeks

it's been two weeks since my interviews. and i haven't gotten a reply yet ... which makes it more and more likely with each passing day that they are going to make me an offer.
if they were going to say thanks, but no thanks, they would have done it by now.
but making an offer takes longer 'cause an offer letter has to go through the the larger company's corporate structure.

i know what i would consider a minimum for salary and benefits ... but i'm still undecided if i would accept an offer.
working for this company would be a great opportunity.
and moving to Portland would be delightful for many reasons.
but, my life in Wellington is also amazing.
no matter how this plays out, all of my options are really good.
