So excited!
I should really be posting in here about the Utah Shakespearean Festival and how things are going but I would rather post about:
ME GETTING A JOB WITH VILLAGE THEATER!
Yay! I am going to be running a follow spot for their first show of the season Saint Heaven. I have no idea what it is about but I do know that the music is apparently a combination of country and R&B. Suck! I don't like either of those. But oh well.
I have to be back by the 2nd of September to meet with the production manager and he is going to give me a tour and talk job stuff. I already have the show calander and it is going to be busy. 7-8 shows a week for 3 months (I will also be working in Everett when the show moves their). But I will have a steady job from the 2nd of Sept to the 23rd of Nov. and maybe they will like me to stay, who knows? (Although I forsee myself getting REALLY bored with the show after working for a rep theater for months)
AND its close enough to Seattle and Bellingham that I will have no problem seeing all the people I love. Plus, free rent while living with my grandma. : )
Anyway, I am going to be back in WA in 11 days (Tom comes in 6!) and I couldn't be more happy to be coming home.
Buy me a drink and I'll tell you all about it. ^_^
