Another Fall Break come and gone...
I remember that for Fall Break freshman year I HAD to go something, I HAD to get off campus and run around all crazy like drinking and having a good time. Last year I HAD to be with Max, so we spent a lot of time just being alone together. This year I didn't HAVE to do anything, and it was amazing. I watched some great movies, baked some really yummy cookies, drank some alcohol with new friends and just chilled for 4 whole days. It was incredible. As much fun as planning an outing to the coast is, or making sure that I get off campus, it was so nice just to lounge around in my sweats and slippers not having to worry about school or friends and just be a little bit selfish. Fall Break always comes at just the right time. I feel rejuvenated, like I will have no trouble taking on the long stretch in-between now and Thanksgiving. Tests and papers and drama will all be ok, because I got my me time and I am ready to roll. I hope that everyone else had a great Fall Break or a great weekend in whichever fun foreign place they are currently...peace...
