(no subject)
Things I found while clearing out my room in preparation for moving into the new extension:
-27 odd socks
-my Ravenclaw scarf that I spent 4 months knitting and thought I'd left in a hotel in London
-a Bible (when was the last time I cleaned my room???)
-a year old stash of American candy from my last trip to the US. I still might eat the box of Double Stuff Oreos. Well, they can't be that soft yet.
-Lots of dust bunnies
Things I didn't find:
-my jewellery bag that contains, among other things, a Tiffany bracelet and a real pearl necklace
-half of the library books I borrowed about 6 months ago. I so abuse my staff priviliges x)
I also found my course handbook for uni, in which I discovered that I have made a huge mistake in my module choices. What's even more frustrating is that the reason I made the mistake was because of a mistake my old college made when transferring me, but I don't want to think about it right now cause there's nothing I can do till I go back next week :S
Things that have 'happened' today:
-Harry and the Potters have broken up
-Alan Rickman has quit the Harry Potter films after David Yates voiced disapproval of his relationship with a cocaine-snorting Emma Watson, and has been replaced with Timothy Dalton
-Rick Astley is bloody everywhere (which is so weird and random, I don't think the humour quite translates across the pond, plus he reminds me of my French teacher Mr Owen).
