This show is so great! It never fails to amaze me for the good writing and the good acting! I love it! I love the characters and the stories,it's never boring even if it's a legal show (Perry Mason anyone? Booooring).
I'm so glad it received so many Emmy nods! I absolutely love Julianna Margulies and I hope she wins as best lead actress!
My favorite character is, of course, Alicia. Her husband (a state's attorney played by the wonderful Chris Noth) is arrested for corruption (and he has slept with several prostitutes) Alicia finds herself trapped in his scandal but doesn't give up and return to work as a lawyer.
I love her strenght, she is a role model for me and (I hope) for lots of women! His boss Will (Josh Charles) is absolutely adorable and I already ship them <3 I can't wait for season 2!
