i'm listening to sam's town the whole way through for the first time in a while. i can't believe i forgot how amazing this album is, and how much i adore the killers. it's been 4+ years since i loved "somebody told me" and "mr. brightside," but didn't even give the rest of hot fuss a second listen...and in october/november, it will be 2 years since i first heard "when you were young" and i fell madly in love with them. and it's been, what, 16 months since i saw them live and it was the best night of my life... and about the same amount of time since i joined caps_thekillers and met a group of amazing people who have a passion for the same kinds of music that i do, and who don't take things seriously, just like me! ilu all <3
this post really doesn't have a point. i'm just being taken back through my memories thanks to this album, and it feels amazing.
