Sicky-Icky-No-Fun-Mood
Alright, so maybe I'm not feeling as bad as my subject made me sound, but I am not feeling good. That is fo' sho'. I've had a pretty bad cold all week, and it just didn't get any better. But being as stubborn and Hegji-ish as I am, I refused to go to the doctor until today....over a week later. He gave me some antibiotics. Let's hope this works. My cold definitely put a damper on my night last night. Went to a party and had like 1 beer and felt sick for the rest of the night. Tried to dance and mingle to get my mind off of it, but in the end, I ended up splitting early to get some quality rest in.
I had some K-Dub girl time last night. Me, Em, Smelly, Jenn, and D. went to the Summit in Birmingham and shopped. Then we had dinner at an excellent Greek place and cheesecake-to-go from Cheesecake Factory. I really love ordering 4 different varieties of cheesecake and then sampling all of them.
And Friday night I totally won the MFJ award for "Sexiest Staff Member." Alright, there isn't such a thing, but I was looking for nice for the OSM Banquet if I do say so myself. If only Ellen and I could have been drunk at that thing. It would have made that 3 hours a whole lot less excruciating. Then I headed to Breanna's and went as a salsa dancer. That means I wore the outfit that I wore to OSM and put a rose in my mouth. I thought it worked out rather well. That was good times. Got to dance and talk with friends. Nothing too exciting though.
I'm totally sad that school's almost over. Strike that. I'm glad that the schoolwork will be done with (but it does keep my busy, which I always like), but I wish my friends and I weren't gonna be split up over the summer. And I really wish that I didn't have to spend 3 months in Wetumpka. Hopefully I'll get the internship at the Ad. Agency and that'll keep me busy Mon.-Fri. 9-5. Sara's also coming to visit for a while. WEEEEE!!!! And I'm planning a road trip to Dallas to visit Jenny-Jenny-Bo-Benny-Banana-Fana-Fo-Fenny-Me-Mi-Mo-Menny-Jenny! WHOOPS! I totally forgot that I'm not supposed to call her Jenny. Please insert the name Jenn into that last song.
Time to hit the books again.
