I swore that I wasn't going to make a resolution. I hate the whole concept of "New Years Resolutions" because they're usually unrealistic things that people think they want to accomplish but clearly they rarely do.
Anyway, I've decided that this year I'm going to do a few things differently.. I'm not talking resoltion type "differently" I mean I'm truly going to do them different.
1. I'm going to take care of my health better. And do whatever it takes to do so. Including emailing my old doctor in California to see what he says (which his reply has sent me in the direction of a doctor at the University of Iowa)
2. I'm going to take care of my happiness. I intend to be happier this year. Truly happy.. not this fake happiness bullshit And I'll do whatever it takes to be happy as well.
Those are the only two things I can say I WILL do this year.
Everything else will come and go as it pleases. No promises or goals.
But I demand more happiness and better health!
