Frightening thought
So I am reading this book America Views the Holocaust 1933-1945 and even though I am still towards the beginning it just puzzles me as to how anyone could let such a terrible thing happen. Just the idea of people being so hateful and finding delight in killing is so sick and twisted. Another reason I am so freaked out about this I think, well besides the fact that it is wrong, is the fact that I had to watch the Passion again for my New Testament class and though it is a movie, the guards delighted in the abuse of Jesus. I just don't know how a human can mentally, emotionally, and/or physically do such a thing. Well okay now that I have vented I shall return to my book. People are so primitive it is scary!
