are you seriously asking this question? The fact that this product exists makes a huge statement about what is expected from women - we've got an unreasonable standard that we are expected to meet. even our genitals are expected to be porn-star perfect.
You don't know that. In fact, I'd be willing to bet that a woman came up with such a product. Having lived with a large group of men for long periods of time, I have heard some pretty detailed examination of the female body and never ONCE have I EVER heard ANYONE discuss the color of the female labia.
The standards women are expected to meet had nothing whatsoever to do with the point I was making.
And, I apologize for aggravating you, but my point remains. I don't understand how having a product that dyes labia has anything to do with feminism. To me, feminism has always meant gender equality and campaigning for women's rights and interests. This seems more an issue of crass consumerism/capitalism.
