i am tired of working in an office where there is no set protocol on how to do things - where people hover behind you without saying anything and scold you for not doing things you were never told to do.
i am pissed that there was no official "transfer of power" and that the quality of what we do has suffered because there is no one taking the leadership reins in his or her friendly, fun, yet firm and capable hands.
i am sick of asking questions and getting a half-baked answer because no one really knows and, more importantly, because no one is asking for the answer along the correct channels.
i am perturbed by the pathetic spelling mistakes in the guide.
most of all, it ticks me off that we seem to have lost focus on the fact that we are there to SERVE THE CUSTOMER - that we're supposed to help make their lives easier. i feel like lately, all we do is treat the customer as if he is lying in the event that, god forbid, he have an "issue". Much more than before, I end up basically telling the customer "tough luck". That sucks.
