I tried to quit the teaching job
this past Monday. I said I did not want to return after Xmas. The principal basically told me to hang in there... quitting is not an option I guess. But I am still unhappy. And I just want to leave that damned place.
Unfortunately, the kids are adorable and I like them (most of them anyway). They are the only reason I don't want to leave - but everything else about that place makes me want to bludgeon myself unconscious.
I can't believe I am looking at staying there the whole year.
