That is wicked cool! I'll definitely consider using it if I make the jump to Friends Only anytime soon(I have a few things on the FO but not enough to get this banner)

You can use imageshack.us as well, and they will generate an automatic thumbnail for you. Just keep a copy on your hard drive just in case :)
