Luna deserves her own show because her story is too interesting to start and end with Harry Potter's account of it. Luna is clever, quirky, eccentric, brave, wise, funny, compassionate and so much more. She was bullied by her own house and never thought to retaliate. She was dismissed and ridiculed for being herself and yet she didn't let it change her. She lived through great horrors in the war and still managed to retain her personality. Now it's time for her to tell her story.
Title: Where There's A Witch...
Summary: ...There's A Way. Luna Lovegood, teenage witch, leaves Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry with 10 N.E.W.T.S. under her belt and an urge to go out and do Great Things. Encouraged by her somewhat eccentric father, Luna leaves Britain to find and possibly capture the Crumple-Horned Snorkack. Along the way, things are never dull for the young witch and her two companions, Tilly, a disillusioned house-elf freed when his master was arrested for Death Eater crimes, and Jasper, a ten-year-old Muggle thief whose skills were bested by Luna's magic.

Pilot Episode: In the first episode of Where There's A Witch... Luna decides to travel - Muggle-style - to France to start her quest to find the Crumple-Horned Snorkack. She suffers a small setback when her bag and money are stolen, but eventually gains a new companion.

Tilly: Disgraced for turning his back on his old masters, Tilly heads tot he continent to make his fortune as a free elf. Along the way he comes across a young witch and a Muggle boy. They strike a deal: Tilly cooks for the two if they take him with them.
Jasper: Orphaned at age 8, Jasper has been on his own since running away from the foster home he'd been sent to two years ago, keeping himself in food and money through petty theft. Luna reacts unlike most people he's robbed: she invites him along on her journey.
