community tags update
Tagging system update!
Because they are too much trouble to keep up with, I eliminated all phase and challenge number tags, there was only the "phase 01" tag and a few numbered challenge tags anyways, again too much bother for mods to keep doing. Instead I added tags for things you make for challenges so now you can view all icons, fic, gifs, picspams and so on.
All individual actors and musician names were deleted as well since there were only three names and adding actors/celebs names to every post with a different person would be an endless list of names.

fandom: (person) athlete - for all sports stars
Also extra tags:
