Eagle Sense
Ezio has an ability called Eagle Sense. It allows him to differentiate allies from enemies, pick out targets, and follow the pathway a person has walked and where they are most likely to walk to next.

The colours are:
- Blue - Signifies an ally. All assassins and affiliates should be blue, unless specific reasons say otherwise. Additionally, anyone who would ally with Ezio should be blue.
- Red - Signifies an enemy. Anyone hostile and against the assassins would be red.
- Gold - Signifies a target. Whether for killing or for conversation, targets glow gold. This is circumstantial and only happens if Ezio seeks them.
- Grey - Signifies a civilian/non-interesting person. Someone who would neither be an ally nor an enemy, someone of little interest to Ezio.
