first post of may
alrighty then lets see if I can't just run through the important stuff
we swept fairmont and I hit my second homerun of my life against them!!! first game 8-7 in 8 innings
but in the last inning (7th) I lundged at first and twisted my ankle, got taken to the hospital for x rays cuz it hurt up the side of my leg.
came back and sat with ice on my foot for the second game that we won 3-2. OMG did these wins feel good, and it sucks I couldn't
play the second one but I was so pumped for my team. Fairmont was also ranked number one in the conference at the time so woot woot
um... we won 5 out of our last 6 games. I think more then that I just don't remember that far back, lol
But we were on a roll coming into the conference tourney...
but then we got our asses handed to us by the same team we just swept the week before (salem international)
then lost to WV state (who swept us in the regular season) but it wasn't that we lost it for ourselves... we just got beat
like 7-2. I actually got to play in this game, I didn't get to play in the other game or any of the games since hurting it. So this was my first game back
and first at bat I hit a double, lol so that felt really really good, and then later callie, me and erica turned a double play so that was good too
but I struck out my last at bat... blah poop. Stupid rise ball... just anxious.
alright enough of the sports
school is almost over this is the home stretch... 3 days of finals and an off day so I guess I just need to pump my head full of any and all information I know. lol
Surveying I need to stay focused on today I have a little bit of english to catch up on ... and tuesday is going to be interent final day I guess. I have some essays to write and a multiple choice test to take, blah.... going to be a long week thats all I know. Then I have a few days to pack and clean and figure out what the heck I want to take home with me for the summer...
I have to call this company tomorrow and work out some more stuff and see if I can't sneek in there for a job this summer... kind of scared but we'll see.
alright... I guess I need to get my self pumped up to do homework and study. so wish me luck!
