(no subject)
Home is where the heart is...i suppose it's torn in two, one piece here in VA and the other...a little further south
So here I am, "Home" for the next few months and then I will be making South Carolina my home. Am I excited? Incredibly. There have been moments in these past few months when I didn't think I could be excited about anything, but here I am. This past weekend I went to schedule classes. It was incredible, everyone was wonderful. There is a simplicity to the school, a kindness that I am not used to, I mean BOYS OPEN THE DOORS FOR YOU DOWN THERE and people look you in the eyes when they speak. It's genuine folks, if you're looking for a Christ-centered college...go to NGC.
Past all of this cordiality I am completely worried about the trip, 8 and 1/2 hours away. Hopefully we'll be saving enough money from the tuition I don't have t pay thanks to scholarships. I auditioned for the Theatre Department without really thinking or taking it incredibly seriously, but they are pretty serious about me. I have to declare Theatre as my major before the week ends in order to recieve any scholarship from them, however the ACT II audition was fine and I'm in that as far as I know.
So here it is, if I have never told any of you this before...I AM SORRY...because I haven't been myself.
