Major project: Conjunction Junction (info )
Conjunction Junction is a neighbourhood of various challenges. It has base rules:

no unmarried Try For Baby (some lots will have no preg: Asylum, Probe, Twist)

rolling all aspirations (I only play this way, so it's not a handicap)

one preg per family with some exceptions (I have Trips+Quads and have it up a little higher)

only rainbow-themed lots are allowed birthday makeovers

ALL sims are from my BodyShop bin - some are bred, some created by me, some by others

I give evey single sim in the 'hood a cellphone because it's 2020 even if the game is almost old enough to vote

1. The Cloudburst Legacy (one preg per gen; may not marry in spares from Rainbow lots)
   
2. An ISBI legacy/household, founded by Bob Lamonta (a renamed sim extracted from my old Selfsim legacy neighbourhood)
   
3. An alien colony with the goal of "keep the custom skintones through all heirs" (allowed as many preg as it takes), founders are Screech and Siren Colony (sims of The Last Unicorn's Liir and Amalthea, believe it or not)
   
4. An alien-abuctions-only household (preg disabled on lot), Founder is Pitch Probe from the defunct round robin legacy linked below
   
5. An adoptions-only household, founded by Olivia Twist (downloaded from MTS2, but I can't find it, sorry)
   
6. A household that may only marry service sims, founded by Georgette Deschamps (a spare from late in my Selfsim legacy)
   
7. A starving artist, Lauren Duncan (a friend)
   
8. A farm lot, for a legacy spare with high gardening and a drive to own a produce stand, preferably Family asp)
   
9. An asylum, which will be filled with spares as they become available, and then started and moved into rotation
   
10. And, finally, the Rainbow Lots (starting gen 2 may only marry other Rainbow Lot sims, heir keeps last name, 2 preg/children per lot)

    • Orange - Briar Sunset (created for a competition)
      
    • Yellow - Zeus Citrine (a sim...of...Zeus), reverse alphabet patriarchy

    • Pink - Shana Magenta-Stahr (my BFF), loves to sew, matriarchy
