At about 2:20 they actually came and arrested him. I guess they couldn't resist the lure of writing a ticket forever. Still don't like that fucker hanging around though, he kinda creeped me out. Heh. Apparently he used to stay there and he's some tenants boyfriend.

I think it's the chick in the last unit of this building. The older, hillbilly lady flagged us down one day to tell us about how that girl's boyfriend is always tearing shit up over here and that its his tire tracks we always see in the grass. Do you remember that? I don't know for certain, and I'm not taking my white ass out there to find out anymore.
