Woo! It's official, so I can post now - I got promoted today!
Only found out on Friday, but needless to say, I'm pretty chuffed.
That's me, either within a role or by changing roles, been promoted five times in the eight years since I joined. I'm now earning more than three times what I was when I first started as a CSR back in June '97. Though, admittedly, I wasn't on very much at all then!
Anyway.... woo!
