Canonically, Milagro doesn't have powers. However, I play her in dcu6wordstories as a magician-in-training and the next Mistress of the Sakura Cards (or she will be... eventually...). What does this mean, basically?

Changes at a Glance:

  • Damian Wayne is Milagro's rival. As such, she's perfectly aware that her rival and Robin are one and the same... despite the fact that her Damian was raised in the League of Magicians and never became a superhero. (Plus, his backstory's really different: his grandpa isn't out to kill the world so much.)

  • Jaime isn't a superhero. Traci doesn't know that she has magic, but hers is moon-based (and she's also Milagro's Moon Guardian, though no one knows it)... and as a result, slightly weaker than in canon.

  • Milagro - as par with CardCaptor Sakura canon - is one of the strongest mages in the DCU. Her channeling method is different (and she's still a kid), but in terms of raw power, she could eventually surpass Zatanna.

  • Her magic is heart-based. In CCS, there are three kinds of magic: sun-based, moon-based, and star-based. Milagro, like Sakura, created her own kind - the heart - which draws its power from Milagro's emotions and the emotions of the world around her.

  • ... Which in turn explains her username. Eventually, Mila uses "all of her heart" to draw upon her magic.

  • Her parents are aware that Mila's a magician. Jaime too, though he's less reluctant to admit it.

  • To Jaime and Traci in DCU SWS, she acts like she's from their world... even if she's not very sure who all these superheroed people are.

  • At this point, Milagro's magic is weak. She won't admit it, but she's definitely not strong enough for sustained spells.

(I'll add more if necessary. ♥ Occasionally, I'll play canon!Milagro too, but I'll let you know if that happens.)
