Who: Tony Stark, Jarvis
What: Team-building exercise
Where: The shop
Okay, this was a project he could really get into. There had been so many time-wasters, so many easy-as-pie bits of preschool programming and code to write for various entertainment purposes, colleagues, and... more entertainment purposes, that something of this measure was an extremely welcome aside from all the nonsense he had been tinkering with lately. Now, there was something to slave over. Something to enjoy, finally. Working on the suit was all good and well, but there was only so much filigree wiring he could take fiddling with before he got sick of constantly jabbing himself in the fingers with the cable tweezers.
The creation of a HD Three-dimensional holographic heliodisplay of a previously visually lacking Artificial Intelligence System with a learning curve the size of Africa: that was fun. That was really fun.
Tony jammed the last bit of apple pie into his mouth and almost tripped over himself on the way downstairs, into the shop. He passed his assistant on the way down and nodded at her with a full mouth. Speaking of, Pepper had been giving him weird looks all day. Probably because he'd been acting more energetically than usual. Smirking too much? Too busy to throw out sexual innuendo? After the last shoot 'em up match, he'd reverted back to his usual self and hadn't done much other than donate that large sum of money to his favorite college in order to look good, and and bitch about stuff that didn't actually hold any worth. Now that he'd had a brainchild to work on? Insta-speed.
