why i need to have my own bakery, part 114
i made vegan brownies this afternoon, and they're kind of really good. kind of undetectable that they're dairy-free. kind of definitely better than any similar vegan baked good i've had in any professional bakery. and what's scary is that they're slightly underbaked, so if i left them in the oven a few more minutes they'd be even better (i know because the more done edge parts are better right now).
