--Oh, how time passes. Why, one could almost lose track of it. But then, chasing after it is absolutely no good either!

(He sighs: it's deliberately and overly dramatic.)

Well, that was an enjoyable little trip, wasn't it? There were even a couple of riddles, although I can't say I cared for the theme, and as for the company-- Well! I suppose ( Read more... )

A most unpleasant experience it was.

Though would you care to be a bit more specific on your findings?

(After debating over what to tell her 8|)

Apparently we're not the first people to have been treated in a less than pleasing manner by our hosts. Apparently, they weren't very popular. But~ It was "all meant for the best".

-- And they liked "Green" as a name, perhaps.

[stop keeping secrets, Break. :| she notices and it hurts her]

.... I admit that it not as specific as I would have liked.

Surely you found a bit more than that, considering how long you were gone?

There weren't any answers as such. Apparently it's been a while! It was all rather unreadable and a little nonsensical.

But it doesn't need to be said that the scientists aren't to be trusted, does it~?

No, it doesn't...

[a pause, rather sure there's some important bits being kept from her]

So you say there was absolutely nothing there to assist us any?

(Yes, well, he's not really that keen on telling her about experimentation and cutting people open and messing with their organs whilst they are still alive. SO. Sorry Sharon :|)

It would seem that way. But then, I suppose we need a look at the bigger picture to be able to put the pieces together.

Yes, I would suppose so... [an exasperated sigh. they left and came back with no progress? after all the chaos that occurred, she was looking forward to some good news] What a fruitless expedition.

Mm.

Although, it proves there are other places besides this city, so why does everyone remain here? Even if travelling isn't easy, that is.

Perhaps because it is thought to be slightly safer in a more populated area? People do seem to find safety in numbers.

... although recent events do prove that perhaps it would help to be less crowded.

Aah, but it would be interesting to see if that were really the case. There's the fact that the scientists are elsewhere and presumably safe, after all.

Are you suggesting that the residents of the city begin to spread out and search?

Oh, I wouldn't want to pressure anyone into doing anything they didn't want to~ It's just one of those thoughts.

How understanding of you. Though it does seem like it would be a good idea.

Just how far was the closest town from here?

Reply

allmoveone October 24 2009, 00:23:32 UTC
I thought so.

I wouldn't know about a town; it was an isolated prison facility of sorts. I think the other group found a town.

... isolated prison facility? I'm afraid you failed to mention that. Perhaps your memory is acting up on you, Break?

[totally knew he were leaving out a few things :| now answer wisely and maybe she won't smack him. maybe]
