I suppose it would be too much to ask for there to be a confectioner here, wouldn't it? I'd settle for a baker, although payment for goods would be a little awkward. I have little doubt an adequate compromise could be met, however! It just so happens I seem to be running out of sweets. I'm sure the unfortunate nature of t-h-a-t can be understood ♥
