so, i'm back from saving the world [for the time being]
if any of you were curious as to what happened, can i just sum everything up by asking if you've ever read or watched fight club? do you remember when the narrator is in the bath talking about how his father uproots every few years and starts a new family? this is my father, and it just happened again. the wife he had/s now is the sweetest one he's ever had, and they have a baby that she takes care of so she doesn't work; for these reasons, i've been sending her some money to help her get by & try to figure out what happens to their family after this month if she can't get a job. her sister has rental properties and she offered to let them stay in one of them for a discounted price, so hopefully they can go through with that. if not, then i'm looking at having a 13 year old stay with me for a little while, in which case i might be around sporadically again [it's looking like i won't have her out here, but i'm not ruling anything out 100% yet]
anyways, on to some happier topics!
glee is amazing, the new episodes have me squeeing for a full hour every tuesday night. are you guys liking the brittany/santana references or what? [i made a lame icon to commemorate, please allow me to show you by directing your eyes upwards, thx.] also, did anyone read the interview with chris colfer [kurt] recently in which he confirmed KURT GETTING A BOYRFRIEND IN SEASON TWO?! i want to see the gay they pick out to play his boyfriend, because he's going to be adorable and blazingly hot, y/y/mfy?
uhm, i've been writing? i've started a few fics recently [stand by me au, anyone?] i'm still working on brexter and, what's this?! i wrote 2500 words of bob/frank that i didn't know was in my head until i had it written out hah
