I have spent about 15 hours painting since Saturday. I'm happy to be painting again, though I'm not sure if I'm really happy with the canvas itself. It's down drying now; I think it's done. I won't know for a few more days.
I always have to come back and look at it in all different lights, at different times of day and in different moods to see if I'm happy with it. Hell, I'm not even totally committed to what side is up and what is down.
