Putting Things on Pause
Hello all,
While part of me regrets doing this, I'm announcing an indefinite hiatus from this blog. Although I do enjoy watching movies and writing reviews, I've been feeling a bit burned out as of late. Posting reviews twice a week has started to feel like an obligation rather than a fun hobby, which means it's probably time to step away. Perhaps after recharging my batteries and just watching some movies to enjoy them rather than with an eye to reviewing them, I'll feel refreshed and ready to return. But I have no idea how long that will take, or if I'll eventually decide it's time to let this go.
Even if I don't come back, I'll be keeping this journal around for those who want to read my reviews (although Livejournal may delete it eventually). Thank you so much to all of those who commented, or recommended movies to me. It's overall been a fun almost ten years, and I'm glad to have shared it with you.
