How'd I ever end up with so much stuff? Sheesh. Monday was moving day, and Eb and I got all of my remaining stuff out of the Pink Nasty. There are certain things I will miss greatly about St. Augustine. My roommates top the list. Team A and Beef Action. I will miss the walks with Shannon. The beach at night. And the singing tourist trolleys. Ha. Overall though, I am glad to be home.
Hopefully I will hear back soon about that job in Hamilton County.
Christmas shopping is such a headache, but I've gotten some pretty nice presents for people, so that's good.
The last couple weeks have been filled with things like a Sunday School Christmas party, volunteering with the 3rd graders, applying for jobs, graduation portraits, a crap show in Tallahassee (I'm starting to hate that town too), an outing with the girls at the tea room, family Christmas party and kids movie night (we went to see Lemony Snickets...it was so good), my first ever and last Unforsaken Christmas party, moving out, Gainesville shopping, and Valdosta shopping. Busy busy.
I love Christmas. It just feels very rushed this year.
I want to be productive everyday. To make each moment count and to continuously be working toward the vision I have for my life. But I also want the time to enjoy each moment and to be able to sit back and appreciate all the blessings God has given.
